Performers entertain guest during annual Kwanza Celebration in willnigboro nj New Jersey. The event was led by story teller Queen Nur who told the story of the lion King and shared a common city action of participants with the seven principles of Kwanza working together for a common goal. The even features dancers and performers celebrating traditional Guinea West African dances of boys and girls coming of age, arts and crafts, a drum line traditional candle lighting, story telling and traditional African foods. Kwanza begins on December 26 through January 1. Umoja (unity), Kujichagulia (self-determination), Ujima (collective work and responsibility), Ujamaa, (Cooperative economics), Nia (purpose), Kuumba (creativity) Imani (faith)
