Musician SCOTTIE CLINTON and third generation (Clinton’s granddaughter) Parliament Funkadelic member wears a George Clinton jacket at South Second Youth Center in Plainfield, NJ. Clinton, founder of the Parliament and the Parliament-Funcadelic was honored by the city of Plainfield. The youth center now stands on the site of Clinton’s former barber shop “Silk Road.” Stood.
