WILLINGBORO, NEW JERSEY: Audience participate on the third day of Kwanzaa Ujima (collective work and responsibility) be shouting Harambee! (let’s pull together) during the annual Kwanzaa Celebration in Willingboro, New Jersey. The event was led by organizer and grio Karen “Queen Nor” Abdul-Malik that featured Zawadi African Dance & Drum, Inc celebrating traditional Guinea West African dances, arts and crafts, traditional Kwanza candle lighting, story telling and traditional ceremony ending feast. Kwanzaa is celebrated from December 26 through January 1. Umoja (unity), Kujichagulia (self-determination), Ujima (collective work and responsibility), Ujamaa, (Cooperative economics), Nia (purpose), Kuumba (creativity) Imani (faith).
