NEW YORK, NEW YORK: Essence Franklin announces at a news conference that the city workers have collected a thousand signatures demanding he Mayor defund the police by at least a billion dollars from New York City Police budget during a Black Lives Matter occupy city hall protest with city workers in New York, New York on Thursday, one 25, 2020. Franklin, who formally worked for the Mayor, went on to add they have more than 100 organizations who signed on the the CPR pleaged, Conflict Prevention & Resolution that companies commit resources to manage and resolve disputes through negotiation and mediation processes.
