Africa, Panther organizer, brings a van load of children up to about 20 on Mondays and Tuesday.
The Panther cub’s was started year ago after Africa’s group “got a report saying the 5th graders couldn’t read.” Africa added the purpose of the program was to make sure the children had the ability to read and read everyday.”
